Repair for a friend. It had some sort of multi-game conversion kit in it that wouldn't get
out of diagnostic mode and the monitor was missing one color. What made this one difficult
to work on is I didn't have any test setup to get the board on to the work table. Everything had
had to be worked on in the cabinet. Found a replacement computer board with an easily fixed sound
problem and used that. The monitor was in rough shape and brought back bad memories of getting
the purple hell knocked out of me from high voltage working on TV's. So we got an LCD replacement
screen and a video conversion board to go from RBG to VGA. That required a fair amount of wiring,
but the worst part was doing setup because all the on screen instructions were in Chinese.
