Bus Windows

The overhead windows in my motorhome (affectionately refered to as "The Bus") had seen better days.
The plastic was cracking and warping, and the rubber weather strip was shrinking and brittle.
It had gotten to the point where more silicon just wasn't working anymore.
I took each window out and traced them an inch larger on to thin plywood and cut out to make a template.
Then used a router to cut out new ones from tinted acrylic.
They're held in place with stainless steel screws and sealed with putty tape.
